Description

We can give no guarantee as to the suitability of any product for a particular purpose, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for their intended use prior to ordering.

We endeavour to ensure that our products on the website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, natural materials and colours vary between products and computer displays, so we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product you receive. All quoted sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

Cancellation Rights

You have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind and cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your product (“Cooling-off Period”). After this time, your product cannot be returned or cancelled, except if it is faulty. The Cooling-off Period does not apply to any Custom Item.

If you do want to cancel your order, you must contact us in writing (preferably by email at clairegaudion@gmail.com) during the Cooling-off Period stating your order number and your wish to cancel, so that we can provide you with the return shipping information. You remain responsible for arranging, and the cost of, the safe return of the product to us.

You must return the product back to us within 14 days of the end of the Cooling-off Period. You are the owner of the product once delivery has been made, and must take good care to ensure that it arrives back with us in ‘as new’ condition, unused and undamaged. If you have opened/unwrapped the product, you must re-package it again carefully to ensure that it is protected during transport.

If you comply with your legal obligations, we will refund the price of the returned product together with any standard delivery charges that were paid by you (but not where you chose a special or faster delivery method). We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product if it is not received back in the same condition as when delivered to you.

When submitting your order, it is your responsibility to make sure that all measurements and requirements are accurate and complete. You accept that we have no liability for errors or defaults in a Custom Item where we are not at fault, and a Custom Item cannot be returned or refunded if it does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with your choices.

Once your order for a Custom Item is accepted, you will not be entitled to cancel or make any changes to it. However, if you have made a mistake or change your mind before we have started manufacture, we use our reasonable endeavours to cancel the order or incorporate any changes, but this is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion. Where changes are possible, we will ask you to confirm any change to the price, delivery, or anything else before going ahead.

Any refunds will only be made back to the original method of payment.

We will not be liable for any fault arising due to alteration, fair wear and tear, damage, or misuse of an item.
